The 1 Minute Overview

  1. Once your product's shades are analyzed by MIME, we work with you to tag your product into the correct categories, like coverage, finish, formula and more.

  2. We utilize an AI machine learning technique called "transfer learning" to quickly train the AI on what we already know based on similar products. This process takes a day or so.

  3. After publishing your shades live to a retail or brand site, we learn about your products through search data, ratings, purchases and more. We continually monitor your shades and look for trends to: a) make adjustments and b) ensure our AI predictions get smarter every time for your customers.
