Tagging for success (For Brands Only)

Checklist for tagging inventory

This requirement is for brands only. For retail partners, you will not be required to tag (the tag parameters listed below) your brand inventory. MIME will handle coordination of tagging with the brands directly.

If you do not follow the guidelines your spreadsheet will be returned to you and this will further delay your onboarding with your brand or retail partner. Each product category allows only ONE tag.

1. Receive your Excel spreadsheet with product inventory from your MIME partner

2. Tag your inventory on each row for the following by choosing ONE for each:

   • Undertone: the undertone can be warm, cool or neutral

   • Coverage: the coverage can be full, medium, light, sheer or buildable

   • Finish: the finish can be sheer, dewy, natural, or matte

   • Skin Type: the skin type can be normal, dry, oily or combination

   • Secondary Tone: the secondary tone is another unique color that is similar to the undertone and is a subtle color unique to the shade. Options allowed are: beige, golden, peach, red, green, olive, pink or yellow

3. Once completed, return your Excel spreadsheet to your MIME partner or submit directly to [e-mail] with your MIME partner information
